Functional Fighting is a circuit class that combines fight training with functional fitness. We have a circuit that kills two birds with one stone so you get your fight training plus your fitness in.
The circuit is 20 x 60 second rounds with a 30 second rest/transition. The entire program takes 30 minutes & you can do it as many times as you would like & work as hard as you like making it suitable for all levels. You also have the option of doing your own thing, taking into account any injuries or personal preferences.
We have a wide variety of boxing bags as well as all the usual suspects from a functional gym such as Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Battle Ropes, Sleds, Gymnastic Equipment, Bulgarian Bags, Assault bikes etc
This session is Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30-7:30 - show up anytime between those hours and jump on the line!
